Exhibit C: I was just reminded how much I wanted this by seeing it in the dressing room window while checking out a polearm model while in protection spec! (Seriously, the alliance darkshore polearm and shield look so well together!)
If it please the court of public opinion and Blizzard, I submit that we have waited far too long for one of the most historically dominant “and shield” weapon styles to be available to players! In this time of discussing the opening up of transmog limitations I’ll stand next to “team single minded fury” and proclaim my desire to see all these gorgeous polearms that look so silly sheathed on the back on their own to go alongside a shield even if only in the hands of protection warriors and paladins! Both classes can unlock these appearances, and it would be so amazing for tanks to get their Leonidas or Grey Worm on!
Vanguard Warrior (Melee DPS): The Tip of the Spear, the first to the fight. Wielding their shields more akin to a weapon than a Bulwark in tandem with Spears and Greatswords, these Warriors charge ahead to disrupt their foes, break apart formations and reap a bloody toll upon all those foolish to stand before them.

Honest though, if they did make another spec for warriors a vangaurd would be dope. @concorn be smarts
I have noticed several npcs in the game that go with the spear and shield combo so I don’t see anything wrong with allowing it. Even just giving it as a transmorg option would be nice. anything that can add a uniqueness to a character.
