Yeah, I was looking through my old emails just now trying to figure out the language used that confused me. Or if I was just so anxious to get the reply in that I missed a detail. Of course, that’s one of the emails I deleted. I still have messages from 2006 but managed to delete that one
I haven’t looked at them closely to be honest. I know my son was a bit confused by the reply process. Obviously it is something that could be made clearer, but hey at least there are still people in the community willing to assist and provide clarity. I am happy I turned to this place.

After following the instructions provided a new ticket was created with the a couple of the old ticket numbers included as references to the issue discussed above. Unfortunately, we still have not received any form of reply.
New ticket ID # US102085253 - the estimated reply time was 24 hours…
Any advice as to how to proceed and get some tech involvement would be appreciated.

They need an email to use - one that is NOT in use on any other Blizzard account.

Thanks for your response, I believe there was an email address that was provided in the ticket that is not attached to any Blizzard account. As far as a response, I had a look and could not find anything in the email mentioned including the spam and trash folders, so I am not sure where it was sent.
I Should also add that if there was a response to the email that is linked to the account, we can’t access it so therefore it would be a pointless endeavour, and that would explain why we haven’t been able to see anything.
UPDATE - We finally got the issue resolved thanks to a fantastic GM, thanks to everyone that provided insights and assistance into the matter. Much appreciated!
