Did a Mists M0 or M+ run, not sure which, completed the run, ported to Oribos, logged out. Logged in this evening, inside a HEROIC Mists Instance, with all bosses dead, as per the instance map, but all mobs active and killing me. When I died, I spawned back again inside the instance at the same place I logged in at, half-way between the 2nd and third bosses. Had to hearth out. Weird
