Although I have not obviously gotten to test it if this is not yet implemented in anyway yet I will defin be suggesting it.
The Spawn rate of some of the Quests Involving a Single Quest Mob at lower level choke points (Ie; Hogger, Kreenig, and Gazz’ Uz) should still be reduced although we can now group. There will still be a tag fest and some classes simply are not as good at tagging. Although I understand they could attempt to group with a tagging class, it just make’s it all the more tedious and you’re still in competition for the tag which isn’t helping game flow or game play.
Lines are lame (even if we are grouping, solo individuals can show up and swipe the tag), it’s not bringing anyone together in any meaningful way, and then everyone gets mad at the Druid or Shaman they’ll have to group with later in a dungeon because they tag like crazy (shaman player here).
I don’t see it being a huge issue at higher levels after the pop begins to spread, but HC seems to have a lot of “AGANE” so there’s almost always someone standing by these mob spawns. Increasing the Rate at which some of them Spawn can make the inevitable lower level grinds less tedious and more fun.
All classes are tagging classes if you know the secret. 
Yeah, I was hoping they would address this, grouping will probably fix it, but man seeing lines of 6-15 people, and waiting 5-15 minutes per person is terrible gameplay experience, even if people obey and respect the line.

Faster Internet Connection to the Server wins out anything you can do on your Client though unfortunately.
I think mob tagging should just be removed entirely.
I have not looked into the Pros and Cons of this.
Some obvious ones for me is that Not Everyone Should get every tag, and this also opens up free loot situations from people who didn’t earn the kill or do anything in the fight… such as World Bosses (open world ones specifically) and potentially Rare Mobs.
Edit; Which I believe leads right into “everyone gets loot” which is a slippery slope to how retail is like a Pinata Party where loot is just thrown at you for participation.
Edit 2; Then the world becomes much more trivial due to everyone just running around and grouping on everything they see. Fights where you are left mostly alone are much less difficult as people just mob on everything like a massacre.
So yeah I’d probably have to say no to this unfort…
