Sparks of War quest - Nevermind

I figured I’d ask here, but oddly enough my main (did the main story, and all other quests at this point) can’t seem to get the Sparks of War quest (just isn’t showing up) but I did get the “get 1500 honor in Epic BGs”

But my level 76 alt who did the skip has the sparks of war and not the epic BG quest (my guess because not 80th for BG)

I am just wondering if anyone else has noticed a lack of the quest showing up for them. Because I want to get some sparks!

EDIT:
So I grabbed the weekly Brawl quest from the journal guide (wasn’t available from the quest giver) which then caused the Sparks quest to appear available on the quest giver somehow… (even after abandoning the brawl quest)

I had it show up on an alt, but not for my main. I did it on the alt, but cannot accept the quest on my main, and the quest completed script shows it hasn’t been completed. The adventure guide suggested content does show it, but clicking the button does nothing, even after getting the Something Different quest.

Is the sparks quest a once per warband thing and it is just not relaying that?
