Title. Multiple friends reporting they cannot pick it up on any character despite all of my alts being able to.
No idea if there’s a pre-requisite because the corporation can’t be bothered to clarify anything. Unable to find any info on wowhead.

Same. In TWW Ruffius was only giving my level 80 characters quests for Rated and Epic bgs. They earned conquest and Bloody Tokens anyway in World PVP. A party member tried sharing the Sparks quest and got the message my toon wasn’t eligible.
Finally figured out that access to Sparks quests is only granted when you unlock “World Quests & Adventure Mode”. This requires level 80 and earning the Achievements for all 4 zones: Isle of Dorn, The Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet. Each Achievement has 3 storylines and quests are marked with chevrons. You also need to do the quest “Surface Bound”. It’s the first quest in the “Against the Current” storyline. You leave Azj-Kahet and turn in the quest in to Moira in Dornogol. She awards “World Quests & Adventure Mode”.
As others reported, cumulative pvp honor level was reset to 0. Although the icon for the correct honor level is shown on character portraits. The Achievement that counts honor is still counting cumulative honor. But will we be able to get the next rewards? Reported as bug.
Complete the campaign story, noobs. Turn on war mode.
