Sparks of War quest keeps popping up on its own

For the last couple of weeks, after accepting the Sparks of War quest, it will randomly open the quest dialogue box. This would usually happen after closing the map but it is now currently opening on its own without me doing anything. I’m sitting waiting for a war crate to drop and have my map open while doing something on my other screen. Map randomly closes to open the Sparks of War quest.
