Logged back in and looted a war supply crate scratching my head why no sparks.
Hearth back to Dornogol WHOOPS
The quest is offered again, back to 0/100

Same happened to me. Wtf.
I just had same issue. Was at 33. And now after getting quest sparks just aren’t dropping at all.
I just tested this and I can easily repeat it. Happened to my friend and he thought it may have been because he turned War Mode off but through testing it is as you say and happens if you log out or DC which sucks.
same issue… dang … thjs is the second bug in 2 days ive run into… don’t recall this in the past… must have been lucky before
Same here. DC on a loading screen, did wpvp quest and didn’t realize that the sparks quest had vanished from my log.
So many bugs in this expansion.
i turn it in…and i got no credit…only gave me the quest again…
it may be fixed with server restart on tuesday.

Tokens are easy to get now i guess, some people are rolling alts tho,
And the 50 conquest is worth something.
ALSO my pvp dummies were phasing in and out of reality.
