If your bags are full when completing a world quest in the designated spark zone, you do not receive credit for the Sparks of War quest even though the spark quest item does not actually reside in your bags or anywhere that you can see it. (Yes, I have a bag problem on certain characters and have been able to discover several strange bag interactions as a result.)
