Finished the Sparks of War: Azj-Kahet quest earlier on my druid, then went off & did some other things, only to come back to turn it in & buy my gear with the Bloody Tokens to find the quest had removed itself from my journal & now I need to do it all over again??? What the heck Blizzard? Unacceptable, this should be fixed, & I should not have to do this quest over again. This is not my fault, this is YOUR bug Blizzard, so fix it.

There are a bunch of threads on this. Same happened to me. I completed it but couldn’t turn it in because world server was down. Logged out in frustration to get some sleep, when I woke up in the morning and logged in the quest reset.
At this point they’d better be giving us 2 weeks worth of the rewards from this quest in compensation.
