Does anyone actually do this one? If so, where/how?
Sparks usually only works if there’s other reasons for people to go to a zone…for example, wpvp quests for spot farming or just world quests in general.
Rares in the reach. Or chests. Rarely is there enough people there to complete it from WPvPing.

Just do it quick via rares.
It’s a lame sparks zone and should be taken out of the rotation because there’s no PvP daily to localize PvP in the area.

The quests/dailies from the camp count.

It’s only 50 sparks you need and you get 10 from each quest you do there. I knocked it out in about 20 minutes.

Kill rares, do quests/daily quests. Each rare gives about 8 or so.

the war creche world quest area has farming groups of bots often,easy kills with a good group
