Turned on War Mode, not in a raid group, did 1 WQ where I got 26 sparks…went to next zone for a different WQ did that and sparks of war stayed the same.

No. It’s not. You have to do the spark quest on the correct zone the quest tells you the zone. It’s all within the same zone for that week only… you can’t go to hallowfall if this week is isle of dorn…
