I got the latest quest to get the 2nd Spark of Ingenuity and the NPC dissappeared when trying to turn it in. I thought maybe if i abandoned the quest i could redo the quest as is the usual method - only thing is the quest is completely gone. My ticket got the usual auto resolved ending with no Spark of Ingenuity. Anyone else having this issue?

yup same issue, and what bothers me most is its not even listed as any of the hot topics on things to be fixed by Blizzard themself, seeing as i really need it to craft a pair of pvp boots to be competitive
The same thing happened to me, I put in a ticket. Also, I did the world boss before the hot fix and got a 389 when it is supposed to be a 395. Put in a ticket for that as well.
