Spark of Ingenuity crafting mat not being rewarded

For the quest, ‘Fueling the Engine’ which is also bugged in itself, but fixable via abandoning and deleting the item.

However, the spark, rare crafting mat we are supposed to get was not awarded in my bags, despite the Maiden saying “congratulations on your first spark; spend it wisely”.

Definitely a major loss to be behind on rare crafting mat in 1st week when these are only meant to be found every couple weeks.

Update: Auto response from my ticket…linked to known issue for the work around, which works. But it’s pointless if the quest completes and doesn’t give us the item then no way to re-obtain the quest.

same issue, opened a ticket to see if i could get the item but wait time is apparently 13days

Happened to me as well. I’m on my second ticket after they sent me the auto reply and called it resolved.
