So, i just did this to myself. Server was spamming shutdown in 11minutes. I’m like great I’m in the middle of this craft i better hurry, so i can be ready for tonight’s raiding/keys. I selected the wrong item from the list and blew my spark on a belt that i already have at 421. The item names of the mail armor are so similar. It’s totally on me for rushing. It’s a high price to pay not to mention all the matts, and extra oils/incense i bought to inspiration proc it.
My issue is why can blizzard not allow us to refund the spark, or break down the crafted item so we can get our spark back?? This is extremely frustrating because we have a limit of 4 sparks from the quests and then the rest are random drops. It’s a big setback on time. It seems that customer support now is nothing at all like it use to be, my experience with support over the last couple years has been negative over loot issues. The wait time for tickets is incredible as well.
It makes me want to cancel my account tbh. At this time i really don’t care what the support articles say about others doing the same or submitting orders incorrectly for their sparks. Not being able to help a paying customer out who has been loyal to the game in situations that set back their main for weeks is just awful.
