When will we be able to have our 2nd spark? i’ve only gotten 1 full spark?

Most people have already received 2 full sparks, because last week there was a bug that allowed some people to receive their second and blizz decided to just give one to everybody. So as of today you should have received 5 spark fragments total.

oh my mistake I have gotten 2 full sparks, but wait some people have 3 sparks now?

Yes, because even the people that did the exploit were offered the quest. So those people will be a half spark ahead the rest of the season.
where is the 5th spark fragment from today?
From your weekly pinnacle cache. You have to pick up the weekly in Dornogal. I just received mine from “Delves: World Wide Research”.
Should be on 2.5 at this point after finishing this week’s quests.
First week we got the quest but no spark yet
Second week we got a half and then by turning in the quest from week 1 it gives you the first full spark
Third week was titan disc fragments quest for a half ( last week ) and then because of the cheating/exploits they gave us the second half. ( so you should have 2 full sparks ) We just had to go talk to the guy at the revival catalyst to pick it up. There was no map marker for me so I didnt notice it right away. Just go there and check it out.
This week was the 5 delves iirc. ( putting you at 2 full sparks and one half spark ( 2.5 ) )
