I got 1 splinter from weekly quest but cant figure out what awards the 2nd splinter. Is there a way to obtain a full spark this week or is it every two weeks with them giving a full spark week 1?
Correct.
Week 1 -two shards for one full spark
Week 2 onward - 1 shard per week, full spark every 2 resets

I just got a splinter from the Fyrakk Assault - haven’t done my weekly yet.

They gave us a whole one last week, but it’s usually only half of one per week.
If you missed the second splinter last week, you can get it from Fyrakk as a catch up.

If you got a hafl-spark from a boss, then perhaps you didn’t get two half-sparks last week?
You can typically do the weekly or do content for catch-up to get a half-spark past week-1 of a season.
You can get splinters by doing the PvP weekly quests. This week the 2 quests are 10 skirmish wins and 1500 honor in Rbgs.
If you’ve received your half spark already, those pvp weeklies will have a tooltip in red saying you can’t get another one by doing that quest. It’s just a source for the half spark for pvp players, not an extra for the week.
nope have a full one from last week - won’t know for a few days about the weekly though am hoping they will fix that time rift so all characters can get the cache
There’s only 1 per week. We got a bonus one for the first week like we have for every other season.
gross, gotta keep the subs going somehow I guess. Can’t let people play how they want and be done in a month.
