I’m sorry if this is a rehash but how many Spark Fragments should I have now that I cleared all weeklies for week 2?
My guildies are saying I should be at 5 spark fragments and be able to craft 2 items. Am I missing something or are they wrong ?
EDIT:
According to wowhead comments (https://www.wowhead.com/item=230905/fractured-spark-of-fortunes#comments) a lot of characters are actually bugged and cannot get past 3 spark fragments this seems to be the case for my character as well 
I opened a ticket and had it closed saying I should have 2 sparks. Seems like the GM did not understand what I was asking about :(.
Not sure where to go from here
