So..Where Did The Two Blue Dragonflight Eggs Come From?

I’v probably missed a quest or some bit of lore BUT where did those eggs come from.

Well, to be more exact who did they come from?

The heroes had to destroy Malygos and the flight that followed him when he went insane. Kalegos was more interested in Jaina after he became Aspect and from his quest line he was the only Blue dragon to come to the Dragon Isles when it opened.
And though Senegos may have brought some eggs, they arrived after Sabellian whose flight eggs are seen being put in the empty Black Flights nest at the Ruby Life Pools,

So any ideas on the mystery blue eggs?

They came from a ‘body type 2’ blue dragon’s unmentionables. o.O

They are actually harpy eggs that were painted blue to help keep moral up.

Very plausible that the Azure Blue Dragonflight from the Broken Shores may have contributed them? Its hard to say exactly… Though its not out of the question that they’re far from gone but definitely need time to recuperate.

Senegosa and his grand daughter doing some Targaryen things.

But how Kalegos talks it sounds like he’s the only Blue to set foot on the Island when we find him. Unless there’s some missing/cut dialogue.

Is there any lore on how dragons breed? Or how long eggs can be eggs before they hatch or spoil?

Many of the stories around the world about dragons, the eggs can go on for hundreds if not thousands of years.

Some animals can breed asexually making it possible for one animal ( or dragon ) to create and fertilize the eggs.

How the family trees go, you might be on to something.

Because, as far as I know from the wiki’s, only the Aspects mate with their consorts. So all eggs are related to each other either through their father and/or consort if the Aspect has had multiple ones.

I want to know where the wiki is getting that from though. Because i find it hard to believe that only the Aspects get to make babies.

Dragons weren’t in the mood without their ancestral home. Just you watch, we’re about to enter the baby boomer generation of dragons.

Dormant eggs that were already there.

You see… when a mommy dragon loves a daddy dragon there are certain things that they do for one another… like helping to make baby dragons… The daddy dragon fertilizes the mommy dragon and then she lays the eggs.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Thinking they dropped out of the birth canal of a dragon. Clearly not while flying, otherwise we’d be having a huge omelet

You don’t remember the “he’s not alone” part where the Blue Dragonflight save him from Raz

You sayin’ it’s too late to have omelets?

No way!! IMO it’s always omelet time!

All I can say is I feel really sorry for the poor female dragons. Have you seen the spikes on those eggs??
