Sources of Plate Armor for Level 40 Warriors?

I tried to find a guide for this but no real luck. At level 40 Warriors can learn Plate Armor, and while I know it’s not critical they upgrade everything right away, I was curious about some of the sources available for a level 40 warrior to start upgrading to plate without waiting for higher levels? I managed to get some BoE Jouster’s gear from SM and also some boots from the Green Hills of Stranglethorn quest. Would definitely be interested to learn which quests around this level offers Plate Armor as a reward.

I am Horde, so Horde Quests specifically, also interested in any level 40-ish dungeons that drop BoP Plate gear.

Zul farrak has a good shoulder piece.
also you quest in Tanaris, near the port, gives a good head piece.

You will find some in Feralas too.

Uldaman has some plate drops.

RFD has a really good plate chest from the first boss. I think the last boss had a decent helm as well.

Quest in stv, any dungeon rfd or higher and AH lol. If I’m not mistaken an elite quest in Arathi offers a plate reward too?
