Sound volume adjustments

I got a new laptop and the sound is quiet. I cant hear any of the background noise unless the volume is at max. However the attacks are really loud when i do this. I couldn’t find it, but is there a way to either increase background noise or lower primary noises.

I know its my new machine but was hoping for work around

On the Main Menu, select System, then select the Sound tab. On the right side of the window, there will be several sliders you can use to tweak the relative volume of different game sounds, as well as the overall game volume level.
