On my priest swd-akama I have a sound effect loop that won’t stop. It’s only on this priest and it sounds like electricity. I’ve disabled all addons and it’s still happening.
I’ve rezoned, relogged, hearthstoned still no fix.

I am having the same issue!
I just found a solution at least for me.
I killed my character outside the city and ressed and it’s gone.
