For those not in the know, Soulshatter Arrow is a drop from the Theater of Pain and probably my favorite item in-game as it is. It’s great to destroy entire groups of would-be contenders.
However, the item is either bugged or a massive oversight as it’s also usable in BGs. Which I found to be a persistent feature after a few attempts at using the arrow. It does just as much damage, that being half of your average level 59’s health bar, as it does in-world.
