Been farming Skuld Vit and Mystic Rainbowhorn for the better part of Oct 2023 and neither one has dropped their respective soulshape, despite having over 50% drop rate on Wowhead. I am Night Fae Covenant and have tried on WM on and WM off.
Please advise if drop rates have been nerfed or if this is bugged.
