For the last couple of months, I have been having problems changing my soushape. I have a lot of them and went to the NPC to change from the pig to the prowler, but when I soulshape it remains the same one that I had before the change.
Nothing works to fix it, put in tickets but have not heard a peep. All trouble shooting from other players does not work. I can’t even select the Random shape option; my character simply will not change into any of the soushapes other than pig, no matter what I choose.
