Does anyone use this in PvP? It’s an extremely hard-hitting ability but Icyveins doesn’t list it as an optimal talent in PvP.
It just has a very slow cast time and I don’t think you’re likely to get it off in many scenarios without getting CCed, kicked, stunned, or LoSed before you get the spell off.
I don’t PvP, but it can be a pain to cast even in PvE at times. It just doesn’t seem practical to me in PvP, but I could be wrong.

It has some extremely niche play in 1v1 and 2v2s. It’s not optimal unless you know exactly what you’re doing.
