Edit: PvP vendor only sells utility based legendary power recipes and not all power recipes. Recipes will cost Shadowlands PvP Honor, Soulbinds will cost Conquest Points.
Most of them are the useless utility ones, cause pvp right.
Also lmao at all the comments of the people qqing about conduits and legendary being behind pvp and “lets not make another conflict and strife problem”. Imagine being forced to do pvp for a reward. Poor sweet summer childs.
Idk, there are definitely a few better ones but the two extra leaps for warrior is really dope. Double grip on dk can help w shimmer spam makes too. A few cool ones in there.
