Why are they still a thing in any shape and form? The worst part is, the classes that get the most use of it probably shouldn’t have had them in the first place.

There were many things that sold this expansion, and they weren’t great either. Such classics include the Covenant System (Borrowed Power), Renown (Timegating), poor balance in general, Sylvanas definitely not being Garrosh 2.0, and more.
yeah that’s not like azerite powers or artifact powers
remove all passive auto cc or defensive. being put to 30% hp is like a reward for arms warriors with their aoe stun.
yo and dont get me started on the slow after cc ends, like poly just ended, now im slowed 70%, gr8
bring back being able to use defensives in stuns, remove passive defensives. permanently

the only thing that sold this expansion was addiction and the willingness to play this game in any shape or form. the hope of one day sitting atop a gladiator mount and the fear of never again seeing my duelist precious enchants.

There’s a myriad of ways to skin RMP. Blizz just hasn’t implemented them. Hell, the last time they hampered RMP was by accident and they changed that real fast.
