I was playing WoW Classic on Season of Discovery on US Lone Wolfe Horde as character piggyriches doing the soul warding rune quest and completed the entire chain. We double checked which echo went on which pillar. The orb appeared and everybody was able to loot from it, except when I did, it said it was busy and then disappeared. The whole purpose of this run was for me to be able to get the rune and everybody got unreals. So not only did I not get a real good rune, I have to redo this annoying quest all over and have to beg others to help because priests cannot do this on their own. Please fix your bugs blizzard and I would still like to receive the soul warding rune.
This exact thing happened to me last night. My group finished it all. The other priest got the rune and every other person got the reals. When I clicked it, it disappeared and I received nothing. Now I will have to find another group who is willing to go so far out of the way to try (I say try as apparently there is no guarantee you will get the rune, even when you finish everything.) and get the rune.

Same thing happened when I did this on my priest, I was able to click on it but it didn’t give me the rune. Did you open ticket? Was anything resolved?
of course opening a ticket didn’t get anything resolved. I ran it again even tho it was a major pain but i just made sure i was the first one to loot.
