Soul Prism of the Illidari - Heroic dungeons only?

Some say the soul fragment only drops in heroic difficulty.
But if I level myself to lv 50, I can’t use LFG to queue for Legion because Chromie would kick me out of timewalking.

But without finishing this quest, I can’t progress in Legion storyline…

What should I do…

Level to 60 and solo it.

The quest has the same text, but I just had my 8th dungeon runs, still haven’t got one yet.

Oh no, this is ultra BS. This ruins my plan to explore the game…

I don’t remember this quest. What does it get you in the end?

This quest leads you to find Illidan’s soul, without completing it, Illidan won’t be revived. Without Illidan, Legion would have been the end of Azeroth…

Apparently Blizzard changed it to only drop in heroic but they didn’t change the text… this is BS, I have to skip the story and then come back to Legion…

Do you know if BfA has quest like this? This is outrageous, they basically don’t let you progress the game chronologically at all.

There are some quests in dungeons, but nothing with low droprates that I can recall.

I’ll gladly run as many legion Heriocs and Mythics with you as you want to finish the quest, if that helps…although I don’t have any level 60 Horde characters

No one can que for that anymore, were all 60 not 50 anymore. Get 60, solo it or from a group.

I wish I knew this quest exists before I started playing through Legion. This makes me want to quit. It’s like you are watching a series and you got kicked out in the middle of watching the 6th episode and the only way to progress properly is to watch the 7th and 8th and come back to the 6th later (Possibly months later). This is insanely bad game design.

This happens every expansion, it wasn’t fun to do when current.
