So I skipped to korthia on an alt and cannot rescue souls from the Maw?
I get the quest but cannot interact with the souls and Venari is not giving me a quest for it?
Who do I go annoy to get my soul keeper?
Not sure what is going on, but the quest to rescue souls comes from a npc in your covenant.
I have the quest.
Just when I go down to actually do it, I cannot interact with the souls. The animation for the soulkeeper shows up and so do the souls but they are titled “unknown” and I cannot click on them.
Have you tried the usual? Disabling all addons, dropping and re-acquiring the quest, etc…

remove the quest and then disable all addons and then relog if that doesnt work then leave the game go to your wow folder and in “retail” folder you will find a cache folder delete that one and then login and i m sure your issue will be fixed .
