Yeah. You get a couple from quests and can get larger ones from tailoring. Or just buy em off the AH.

First one with Succubus quest I believe.

They require felcloth to make the nice ones, and I’m not sure where the recipe is from. Haven’t bothered searching for it yet.

Eh, even the 12 slot one you get from the quest is worth using.

You get the recipe for the 24 slot bag from Jandice Barov in Scholomace. When she dies she drops a book on the ground.
Other than that you get them from obtaining your Succubus and Felhunter demons.

Disagree. Bag space is at a premium for loots. If the size isn’t much larger than a normal bag, 14 slots are cheap on ah, then it isnt worth using at all. To me, the 24 slot soul bag is the smallest one worth using over a normal bag.

It depends how many soul shards you want to carry around.
Compare loot spaces lost by equipping bag to loot spaces that would be used up on soul shards.
For example, if you have 12 slot normal bags and a 20 slot soul bag, and you would like to carry around 16 soul shards, then you should equip your shard bag. If you only want to carry around 6 soul shards, then you should keep the 12-slot equipped.
Imagine being this incompetent.
These bags didn’t release until 1.9 in Vanilla, there are plenty of other things held back for phases and my AH had 0 listed. I can look at plenty of stuff on Wowhead that’s not even in the game yet.

You get your first soul bag (12 slot) from the completion of the succubus quest. You get your second soul bag (16 slot) from the completion of your felhunter quest.
Outside of that, there’s three that can be made by tailoring: A 20 slotter, 24 slotter and 28 slotter. Interestingly enough, the RECIPE for the 28 slot bag can be obtained (don’t know if this is intentional or not) but the materials needed for it (bloodvine) won’t be around until phase 4.
you can make a 20 slot soul pouch with 30 mageweave, 4 rugged leather and 2 Ichor of Undeath
