The soul ash mission that was recently added with the hotfixes (lvl 20 with a reward of 120 soul ash) disappeared prematurely.
The description said it had 5+ days left, but the mission disappeared today. I had completed an advancement mission, so that might have had an impact.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with this issue. Mine had about 5 days left on it (maybe a bit less) when it suddenly vanished yesterday morning. I was just about to start it too when I noticed it had gone missing. At this point, it (or any other Soul Ash mission) has yet to reappear.
So close…yet so far from completing a Soul Ash mission…

Happened to me too, it was even there earlier today a few hours ago. It had days left and I was just waiting for my companions to heal a bit more before sending them, and now…its just gone?

This happened to me too - was waiting on doing the new “fixed level” soul ash mission until I had champions healed/back from missions/leveled up a bit more. The fixed level 20 soul ash mission still had several days on it, but was just gone today. I also completed an advancement mission - so perhaps that wiped out the soul ash mission. Would have been nice to know that was going to happen, if that’s what did it.

Can we get some kind of response on this?
It’s bad enough that Kyrian’s and I think Venthyr were inherently put behind the other 2 Covenants due to being significantly weaker (and thus unable to complete the Soul Ash missions that did initially spawn). Now, they fix the scaling and give us static missions and then take them away from us before we can complete them (and I have yet to receive a replacement).
This is putting people further behind on one of the only two ways to obtain a severely gated resource.

Well, I have an interesting update to this. After almost a week of waiting, I finally got another Soul Ash & Stygia Mission (Ghelak’s Revenge). It showed up earlier this afternoon. Now, most of my high level companions were on a campaign mission that was scheduled to finish up in a few hours. I was going to wait for that mission to finish, heal them up, and send them on the new Soul Ash mission (I had no choice but to wait).
Unfortunately, that didn’t work out too well. When the campaign mission finished, the Soul Ash & Stygia mission was removed and replaced with several smaller missions (Anima & Reputation ones). I don’t know if it was coincidence or something else. It almost seems like there is a limit to how many missions you can have and it was pushed off when new ones appeared. Though that still raises the question as to why the game chose at that very moment to give me several new ones, which would in theory, have pushed this mission off.
Regardless of why it happened, it’s unacceptable and this nonsense needs to be fixed. Please get your act together Blizzard and fix these issues. This is very frustrating.

Had the exact same thing that happened with Hellhawk.
Saw the soul mission popped out. Waited for my top Maldraxxus companions to finish their mission.
When the mission got finished, using WoW companion app, the soul ash quest suddenly disappeared. My last soul ash mission was I think last Sunday.

Bump! Going to keep this alive until Blizzard fixes this nonsense (not holding my breath mind you).
With that being said, right on schedule, I received my weekly Soul Ash & Stygia mission today. Now, it should be noted that I put a ticket in about this and the GM swears the missions only have a 2 day expiration (yet they say 7 days now, and new ones have spawned 7 days apart for the past 2-3 weeks). Unfortunately, this incident among many has cemented my lack of faith in GM’s (but that’s a story for a different time).
Anyway, I received my new Soul Ash & Stygia mission as noted above. This time I was ready for it! I knew it would be coming, so I had all of my followers freed up and ready to go.
Unfortunately, my excitement was short lived. It wasn’t level 20 as I expected it to be or as it should have been. Since I’ve never successfully completed one of these missions, my first one should have been level 20. Alas, no such luck.
It’s level 40…
For reference, my followers are: 39, 39, 38, 37, 34, 32, 28, 19, 9
I’m debating giving it a shot, but the odds are not in my favor at this point. Not only was I robbed of being able to try the mission 2-3 weeks in a row, but now I’m being robbed of the ability to even complete one that is here now due to being Kyrian and Kyrian followers being absolute garbage.

My soul ash mission showed up yesterday and disappeared this morning. It said there was a 5+day expiry! PLEASE FIX!!

Well, I attempted my level 40 mission and failed. It was closer than I thought it would be, but still failed. I suspect next week (if the pattern holds true), I’ll get a level 50 which will most certainly be impossible now.

This just happened to me. Perhaps it bugs out when you complete a campaign advancement mission while it is in the log? I think I completed one while it was up and now it’s gone.

Same situation happened to me. Mission still had a few days left before it expired and now it is gone. I hope they figure out what is going on. That’s 100+ soul ash!!!

Can confirm I think this is what does it. I just completed a mission with an advancement mission, and it disappeared. My soul ash mission appeared only yesterday too I think.

Same thing just happened to me.
I was already ambivalent about mission tables. Now that I feel like I can’t trust the expiry timers, I hate them.

The gm says he cannot fix it and to report a bug. Thats it?

Sadly, this is the new WoW. Long gone are the days where the GM’s do much other than respond with canned responses that are anything but helpful. With that in mind, I know when my mission spawns each week and I make sure I have my troops ready to go (I’ve gotten the level 40 one 3 weeks in a row now).
