I agree its one of the harder dungeons, I don't think the mechanics by themselves are particularly more difficult than others but they are more punishing if you fail them, some interrupts especially.
Bosses and mini-bosses are also not particularly hard, but again interrupt rotation and coordination matters a lot for those. Checking my M+ history I can see it definitely took a few failed attempts to finally get a clean run on a decently high key, but tbh every time we failed it felt like our own fault: Someone accidentally face-pulling things, some missed interrupts, getting hit by the boss's cleave, etc.. Never really felt like the dungeon was too difficult as much as we messing-up or doing something dumb every single run.
