Just jumped onto my character thats locked at 90 and found out that the portals are gone in the shrine of the two moons.
Ok. I get it if theyre doing something for a hub at higher levels but what about my pandaria locked characters that need some stinking portals too?
Did they move them somewhere I can get to them as a level 90 character…or did Blizzard screw me over, as usual ?

I believe they’re adding a portal room to Sw/Org in 7.1.5 or something.

They are creating portal rooms in SW and Org. Nothing to do with higher levels, but just easier to have all portals in the one area rather than jump from Org > Dal > Shrine > Shatt and so on.

Because Activision think that the player finish to quickly the small amount of content so they take out portal meaning that we have to waist more time running and using flypath.

I started wondering that when I saw they were missing.
Even if theyre making a hub in Org…what were the portals in MoP hurting???

Unfortunately they take out a lot of portal while given us only a few of those in org/sw. Also the fact that we cant go to Dal and after Shrine make it way longer since we had a heartstone for Dalaran.

And adding a portal room with all portals instead of having to jump between places like Org > Dal > Shrine > Shatt and so on.
They could have added the portal room first, but what portals did they remove? TB, UC and Silvermoon from Shrine only. That is not a lot like some of you are making it out to be.
Nothing else has changed, you can still get to Org > UC > Silvermoon, it may take a whole 30 seconds longer, but it is still better than, what was it, flying?
There is a quick way to TB still without the need to fly or take the zepplin without being level 98 or higher. There are also like 4000000 mages running around, ask in general, someone will help for free.

You do know it takes no time at all to remove a piece of content as trivial as a portal from the game right? Whilst there was no harm in them being there, so far since they have been removed I have not even missed them.
All the ones I noticed being removed are ones I don’t even use, and I am in no way the only player who would be in the same situation.

No. Literally no one was going through MoP leveling so fast that Activision noticed and forced Blizzard to remove portals. You don’t even GET to the portals without doing half of the questing first if you don’t have someone else port you there to begin with. I promise you no one up top is this nitpicky about the speed of content 3 expansions old.
Probably something to do with Blizzard liking us to have bustling faction hubs. A lot of people still had their hearthstones set to Shrine even at max level because of the portals (despite Dalaran being objectively better) so they probably didn’t like that.

Um. I must say… huh?
You dont miss them because youre playing a 120 with access to more zones with portals than my 90 has available to him.
Again, they werent harming anyone being there. There was no reason they needed to be removed.

I agree with this, it is so much better to have more players running around to interact with than running through old content to get around.
That’s a shame tbh. I don’t really care about having a busy factions hub… My hearth was set there on a bunch of alts half because of the portals, but also because I just really like that zone and actually still do things in Pandaria.
Now it feels like I have to move my hearth or it’ll just be… Really inconvenient, having it there.

So what portals are you missing? What areas that were removed are you so desperate to get to? I will tell you how easy it still is to get around by not using the new Dalaran portals.
And yet they chose to take the time to purposefully remove portals that werent harming anyone or anything in the game except my locked 90 characters that dont have all the options that a legion or BfA character does.

Alliance side still has three there. Dalaran, SW and Shattrath which are just about the only ones I ever used anyway.
