Literally my point. I’m over here switching from Boomkin to Feral because my rotation was boring now I have to master calculus just to push 3k damage and these people drooling on themselves spamming 1 button like a mage in Molten Core are crying like it’s the end of the world.

I found their response incredibly tone deaf. The meta is always going to be trying to shed as many healers as possible and the best way to do that is to have a few flex spots that can heal or dps. Right now rets get blown out the water by all the other flex spots like Priest, Druid, Shaman. We all know the final talents of ret have been balanced around ICC. There’s no reason to not add some tweaks to account for that as we move along the content.
Pallys should be the only class in Raids. Why should we be forced to have any other classes? change my mind 
If you’re playing ret why talk about the meta? And in one of the easiest raids of all time that anyone can clear? Sure you’re sub optimal as ret has pretty much always been. Does that mean it needs a buff to be meta so it can more easily clear naxx? No.
Warlocks have no viable Tank or Healing spec, please fix.

Metagaming at the top level bleeds all the way down to pugs. Even if they have no business caring, it does affect how people think about and play the game. When you try to join a guild or a pug people will have stuff like this in mind. That’s the reality of the 2022 classic player base.

You have several options there still, joining a rostered guild that isn’t hardcore and being a warm body on a bench if needed. Or making your own pugs since that’s also very easy to do and clear right now.
Why is it only now that this is a problem when ret was objectively terrible since day 1 of classic? Did you just go ret now? And you’ve got at least 2/3 viable specs unlike before. Also if you don’t mind me asking, why does ret exclusively warrant an early buff and not sub rogue, frost mage and any other underperforming spec? Why not warriors, they scale better later too right?
These are lazy and weak responses that everyone gives when a criticism of the actual game balance is presented. I don’t really respect this as an argument because it doesn’t address the issue at all.
I do not play ret. I only play this shaman and my mage. I don’t really have anything to gain from a ret buff, I just don’t like how blizzard handled this specific spec in WOTLK classic. I don’t like how lazy they are and it bothers me greatly.
I don’t think I ever claimed rets should get an exclusive buff. I don’t imagine there are many PvE sub players though since it is intentionally built as a PvP spec.

Warriors definitely should get a buff to accommodate their nerfs given towards the end. They’re in the same boat as paladins. I think paladins are just way more vocal about it.
Talking about things being meta vs sub optimal is relevant because it’s addressing the actual viability of your class to be able to raid. It’s actually directly addressing the problem by giving you solutions more practical than “buff pls”.
Overall the rest of your positions are just “Buff classes that are undertuned” which while seemingly consistent, but you’ve failed to provide any substantive reason as to why they need to be meta vs being sub optimal, why this is something they should do now when they haven’t for years or why 2/3 optimal choices warrants a change.
This dude obviously works at blizzard and has all the exact data about how ret will scale into T8 LMAO.
So many paladin rerollers, now in shambles.

i agree about ua warrior but i dont see them tanking 25man raid bosses (they may very well be able to i dont know)
No sympathy for anyone who plays a pally or a DK honestly. Those types of people can Ligma.
Easy fix is just add https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=53720/seal-of-the-martyr until T10 or make Judgement activate all seal’s wep dmg effect.
don’t be sad for me. blizzard was clear, i’m just going to reroll since ret paladin is going to be even more useless in ulduar than it was in naxx.
Re-roll to a whole nother MMO imo, we would all be better off.
