apparently there are almost nohealers below 1800 but also almost no healers above 2100
99% of healers are within 20% of the same skill level in this game according to blizz

There are almost no healers anywhere, the vast majority of games end with 3-3.
The conquest box isn’t worth the hassle.

it’s the same thing across the entire game. Even casual content where you can just go healer/tank for faster que with any gear and it doesn’t even effect you like timewalking dungs. Even if you are op like veng DH doing more dps than dps and dictating the pace of the dung. People still refuse to do anything but dps.
healing in this game is just a failure any way you look at it
It’s great in Raids and BGs, where there are lots of bodies and a single death isn’t game over.
at low ratings you have just as little agency on healer in blitz as shuffle compared to a boomkin parsing your team and the second healer being useless
at high ratings you have a good chance of getting griefed solo qing healer by tank duo quers lobbies doing what you deny every day
you can que double healer blitz but good luck finding a healer friend that can play above 2.4 who wants to do that resident sleeper
if he can’t play above 2.4 he would rather just have a boomkin parsing for him to get a easy duelist

healers at low ratings be like: “hey guys no wonder i can’t do anything you dont come to save me theres 1 guy hitting me :(((((((”
And then you realize that one guy is a rogue with full CDs and DRs up and your healer just blew all his CDs keeping you alive through your leeroy jinkens charge into half the enemy team.
Situational but yes there are times when 1 DPS is all it takes to kill a healer.

That’s high level play yes? If a dps notices that a fellow dps is brain dead, they will def go all in offense at round start against a isolated healer, that’s enough to settle rounds quickly often.

or when that 1 healer is a priest who is stuck in the infinite wheelchair curse and is thus just as stuck vs. a 1200 warrior as he would be vs. a 3k multi r1 sub rogue
Healing is great but you don’t get any love for taking the hardest role in PVP. Why heal?
It’s just getting to the point where solo q isn’t fun at all.
Almost nobody is the same Cr anymore and it’s running off MMR.
Just ends up being a sht show with almost a minimum of 3 grenades in each lobby.
You wait 25/30 minutes for it too …

won’t be fixed until it’s common knowledge that climbing as healer is objectively easier than dps
right now it’s the opposite but you get brigaded by the warrior and dk masses if you talk about it so they can enjoy sitting in q and getting trolled by qualifiers because I’m not wasting my time.
They think they will get held back by “bad” healers in their games instead of doing any self reflection. Whole community of joe fernandez’ bashing healers while they think they should be 2600 pressing 2 buttons. Whatever though, not my problem. I’ll hit my “goals” no matter what on dps and get zero rewards as usual from the meme brackets. While the same 200 people play 3v3.
