Soo…… worgen human druid. Hmmm. Kul tiran fat human druid… ok. Why can we just not do stormwind human druid at this point? Both human off shoots have druid yet stormwind humans haven’t learned from them yet? Esp with Genn and his worgens so closely living in stormwind now.

Medivh was able to turn into a bird. He was just a mage though, but apparently had some druidic knowledge of some sort.

Every race can learn every class.
Blizzard just chooses to not allow it because reasons.
Even flavor wise doing so would only make room for MORE flavor. Unique interactions and such for counter-culture picks, that kind of thing.

Some have said if fotm liked races get more classes people would not run the off favored ones.
I say…this is not the reason races like KT are in the lower part of the played charts. Want more KT…make it playable no unlock crap. Same for all AR’s.
Not so much lazy for me here. I jsut don’t want to be reading the wowhead guide for the next days to go down the line of to do’s.
I mean I got my z troll druid from merely playing the open world game and story bit. Hell one day I jsut had it. Swung by emissary, they said oh you unlocked z troll. Go…help out princess on her promotion to queen and get a prize. I can do that.
Step 1 of KT…go to wowhead/youtube, find they way to a prison dungeon on an island if lfd ain’t hitting. solo it. see, you need the youtube to find the way that does not get you tired then dead on the swim.

If they can have Druid trainers in Stormwind I see no reason why they can’t train local druids. If Trolls can learn to be Paladins I can’t see why humans couldn’t manage druidism.

we already have human druids, let’s get some new, unique races in there. vulperra, and dwarves would be way more interesting imo - so they get my vote before humans lol
so much redundancy with races in WoW, we really need to glorify the less popular ones imo
I second this, I would say that MAYBE demon hunters stay elves for now, but even that can change.

Werewolf Druid. Boating. Kurtilus Fat Druid … No. Why can’t I become a human Druid in Stormwind? Both factions have druids, but do Stormwind people need to learn from them? Gen and his werewolf now live in Storm Wind City.

Different kingdoms, different things.
Gilneas and Kul Tiras have them because on the remote fringes of their society the old tribal ways still existed. Gilneas had people called harvest witches who were formalized into true druids by the night elves. Kul Tiras had Ulfar maintaining the Thornspeakers.
Stormwind abandoned all that a long time ago. So no druids. And it also makes them different from the other kingdoms. They have their own identity. Such as having paladins, while the other two have druids.

I always thought Orcs could be a good frontrunner for DH hbu?
Alliance should have the Akama looking dranei (Lost ones or whatever) as an allied race, that can be DH to even it out 
just my 2 cents on the Stormwind druids - they have a history of being really cruel to nature, and especially trees. No way Elune gives them her blessing any time soon. Kul’Tirans have a much different culture and respect for nature.

This is 100% correct, I understand back in vanilla and early days they stood strong by culture and lore, but time and time again we are told we are “Unique” basically follow our own path, we are not bound to what our culture follows.
To make things easier they could make out of culture classes for example Human Druid strictly just start straight into Exile Reach where it’s more class based driven then racial choice wise.
I just think it’s crazy we’ve come across hundreds of NPCs, enemies and allies that are classes outside of the current choices we have because they choose to go that route, well then why can’t we do so?.
A huge uproar I remember in legion was the Night Elf Paladin in the class hall, but that’s just one easy example, we’ve come across so much more.
I think WoW needs to start letting the player choose their path, really home in on the RPG aspect of player choice.
An alternative could be each region gets a server strictly allowing all class/race combos but when PuGing or joining other servers you then to them just look like the race of choice but to yourself are what you pick to prevent their immersion being broken.
Example, I make say a Human Druid, but join a friend in another server to do a M+, to myself I’m still a Human Druid but to others not on my server or a restriction free server I’m a Night Elf Druid, so theirs no “immersion breaking” for other servers…basically it’s like the mercenary system with a added change.
Edit: I personally think the alternative server solution would work wonders, RPers and for those who love a race and class that don’t match would be so amazing, I have many, many friends and family literally went to other MMOs because they don’t care much for lore, they aesthetically are more driven on choice.
