I’m currently trying to complete the achievement “Biblo Archivist” which requires multiple books throughout Hallowfall. The last book I need is “Song of Renilash”, which should be located within a tent in the SouthEast. After watching multiple videos to verify its location, I went to look myself and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve tried relogging, coming back at multiple times during the day, and even trying it in warmode.

I too, have encountered this issue. Sucks. Hopefully they fix it soon.
After completing the latest story missions, this book is now appearing for me. Good luck everyone.

I am having this issue as well. It’s very frustrating because it’s the only book I am missing.
Same. Also with a few other books or notes. The one coming to mind is in Hallowfell, next to a dead spider, right after you fly in to zone. Turn right and up in a “cave ish” area.
