Sometimes get a "white" screen with launcher

Hello,

Lately, I’ve noticed sometimes when I go to load my Blizzard Launcher, The screen will become white and unresponsive. As a result of this, I have to close down the launcher completely and re-load it to login again successfully.

I’m not getting any error messages as a result, And wondering if there is a fix for this?

If you need any further information, I’ll provide it if needed.

Let’s reinstall the Battle.net - a clean uninstall - reinstall.

  1. Uninstall the Blizzard app
  1. Next open these temp locations and delete any “Battle.net” and “Blizzard” folders you find in each location.

(Press Windows Key + R and type or copy/paste each of these lines in the Run box separately. Click “OK” afterwards.)

  1. Then go ahead and reinstall the app from here:

Afterwards right click the desktop icon then select “Run as Administrator”
