Maybe a cookie themed seat.
Or a cookie dangled in front of its face to encourage it to go forward. (Though this seems cruel so maybe an animation where it eats it when you land) is that too much?

I mean I wouldn’t mind it as an optional druid form, but I’d prefer a mount.
You can have a duck as a mount. But only in the WPvP duck quest area when it is up.

ps I’ve never played a gnome but I would try one if they got a racial only duck mount.
They are too powerful to be enslaved to the will of mere mortals, hence why they refuse to leave a small area.
