This month is black history month, a month dedicated to acknowledging the often overlooked achievements of African American’s and people of color due to the poor treatment they have received throughout history resulting in many of their achievements being overlooked. This would be a great time for blizzard to add something like a special event for this month or event better a reoccurring npc. Proper skin colors were finally added this expansion, but it would be even better if we finally got an important re-occurring npc to be of color in the spirit of representation.
I don’t care I just want to ride horse and shoot murloc
Wrathion.

fixd your message
Now I’m gonna have Godsmack stuck in my head
It would be easier to add something in Overwatch — more diverse cast of characters there from the beginning.
Leave real world crap that don’t matter out of video games. Kthx =)
my life will be complete when hunters can finally shoot stuff on their mount even if it costs a cd. or requires you to stand still everytime you shoot.
I’m pretty sure all they did was add more skin tones, but humans have had dark skin tones since vanilla.
Anyways, Wrathion is already here so stop asking for more. No group is entitled to anything in a video game.
I don’t think BHM should need to be represented through ingame, though I do encourage people who feel it’s significance to recognise and celebrate.
Now I feel like a complete and total moron. I saw the little BHM tag at the top of my YouTube page, and didn’t make the connection to Black History Month - because BHM is the luggage-tag code for the Shuttlesworth International Airport here in Birmingham, and has been for years. It’s also used frequently to reference the city itself. I just thought Google had put a new snazzy location tag on my page. D’oh!
I believe in the Morgan Freeman theory on BMH.
Being preached to in a video game sounds amazing. Can we get Filipino American History Month in Azeroth in October too?
How about no?
Is not African American and never was.
Get woke. Go broke.
I mean… dragons are magical creatures so they could be whatever they want to be!
You are missing the obvious.
You can do this in your own video game.
To do this would imply that racism has existed in Azeroth among humans.
I don’t think that’s Blizzard’s stance on the lore.
