Something is wrong with The War Within

Can I count other people? Cause if so…I have approximately a few thousand…

This change was done, if you actually read the M+ updates, specifically because people who are never and have never been you wanted more stability in high keys instead of weeks that are completely dead, or weeks that are disproportionately free.

Why do you care? You get 2000 rating and then you don’t get 2500 or above, every single season. This means you, quite literally, are not part of the group that routinely does these high keys. Before this expansion, these keys were 24+ and it doesn’t affect you.

Now they are 10+, which you don’t need to get the gear you’ve always gotten, and you don’t need to get your routine 2000 rating.

Well
I feels GREAT
Have to try training hard and learning

My biggest issues with TWW so far are mostly M+ related:

  1. The M+ squish creates a chasm between M0 and M+2. The ramp up is somewhat steep. But this is technically a Dragonflight problem
  2. I still think doing the first season a remix and not all the brand NEW dungeons is a faux pas.
  3. Siege of Boralus. Siege of Boralus, The Oculus and Seat of the Triumvirate are three dungeons I wish we could just erase from the game.

I do have a non-M+ Related one:

  1. Artisan’s acuity sucks. Just all of it: the acquisition rate, how much you need to craft AND buy recipes, it’s a feel-bad timegate, considering how much I enjoyed the Profession system redesign, this is just poopy butt.

I’m still having fun though.

Nice rant. It’s kind of like barking up the wrong tree though, designers and devs and certainly not Ion are going to read the forums. Casual every day players have no real way to give feedback, they will never know that you feel bad.

And a possibility that OP has played a ton. And attacking the messenger and ignoring the message doesn’t work well for anyone.

i may not agree with OP but god damnit i respect the hell out of posts like these

came with receipts and a well thought out post

The leveling tree is not that complex at all compared to most of the last decade. Shadowlands was where it got completely out of hand: simultaneously having to work that thing in the covenant while also trying to collect specific RNG shards for gear…yeepers.

Everyone misunderstands artisan Acuity. It’s just a Mat, like every other end game mat, except you get it doled out regularly instead of having to farm dugeon and raid bosses like you used to. And the great thing about it, is that you don’t even need the mat to level your profession, you can just craft lower tier items to level-up and gear your alts or disenchant.

I guess if you would of read the comment I was replying to… You’d see the argument being made. I didn’t expect someone playing a night elf hunter to actually read something though.

Bruh, you are playing to the wrong horse. I am an avid m+ runner. I usually climb up to 3.4-3.5ksh io. After that you need a dedicated group which I don’t.

And who are you to tell how to play the game? Does it really bother you when people get gear? OMG they should not get any gear. This is fascism bruh.
Go rip apart the parses, do a 15-16, show us how godly you are if you really care about. lol

Not really related to the topic at hand, but I hope everyone in here is having a good day! Remember to drink water, eat some food and stretch!

Your achievements say otherwise. The character you’ve posted on hasn’t timed more than 2 keys. But I know that isnt the character you are talking about because you have this season’s 2k achievement. I mean I could look up your RIO if you have a character attatched to it, but that’s going a little far to prove my point.

When I look up your main this expansion, you just reached 2507 (so at the time of writing my reply, you werent 2500. Season 3 you barely scratched 3k. Season 1&2 you werent above 2800, and in all of shadowlands you barely did anything at all unless you swap mains every single expansion, and I dont care enough about this topic or you to check every character you have or to go further back to prove my point further.

My point is you don’t do the content. You aren’t in the content. So it’s literally not about you. It’s for the people that do higher content than you, or I, have done. S4 dragonflight was the only season you went more than a few points into 3k and it was doing 14s. Congratulations. I did the same thing. Doesn’t mean I can sit here and say anything about key levels I don’t do like I did them. It’s weird. Lying, especially, is weird. You don’t usually do anything. You simply do not reach what you claim to reach. Your highest ever on the only character you have attached to the deathknight is 3129, and you did it once, and it wasnt the keys that this change was towards. You have never hit 3.4k, let alone regularly hit 3.5+, not unless you have a character you haven’t played since BFA or Legion.

If thats the case, who cares, a character that hit 3500 before bfa/shadowlands literally does not have a place in the same room as this conversation.

I didn’t mention anything about how you play. I said you dont play the portion of the game you are complaining about going off the score of the character you’ve chosen to post on, and your achievements that span all your characters. If you “regularly” hit 3k, you’d have the 2500 achievement and you would have the RIO to back it up…which you don’t or I wouldn’t have made the conclusion I made.

If you’re going to try to have the take I replied to, at least participate in the content you’re referencing so you can back up what you are saying.

What bugs though? The only one I’ve seen is the rogue stealth bug

I don’t get it, people look at the alts and think they catch something?

And yes, you suggest how to play the game. You do not have to absorb my ideas, thoughts, it is ok, and at the same you cannot dictate people about their doings. It only shows that you are not mature enough to differentiate your emotions correctly.

Or it is just one troll is getting blocked another arises.
Oh another evoker, ofc now it makes sense. Probably faux or w/e he is called, it is the same person.

My main problem with the xpac is the terrible tuning. Every class feels like it’s damage has been allocated to the wrong abilities.

I looked at both your characters you played throughout recent history. It’s not my problem if you have some third or fourth character you’re hiding. Also achievements are account wide. If you ever got the title, or 2500, or 2000, it shows up on all your characters. That’s why I even knew to check RIO in the first place.

Just dont lie and back up your claims. period.

Telling you to not lie, while also telling you that based on the information presented you literally aren’t in the pool of players this affected, isn’t suggesting anything. The change isn’t for you. That’s okay, not every change will be or is going to be.

If you want to keep lying, I can’t exactly stop you, but I can sure call you out every time.

Depending on the class/spec, I definitely feel you there.

Customer is always right was a ad slogan in the 1930s.

They are heavily testing new AI development software

Yea, I know. I used to be a manager for a sporting goods retail chain. Know quite a bit about that mentality.

I just posed this question because it’s unique in that many people want many things out of their MMO.

All of these issues are 100% related to what feels like laziness on Blizzard’s part. It’s probably NOT laziness, that’s just how it feels. They’ve committed to a content pace that they can’t maintain with current levels of staffing and so the quality takes the hit, and here we are.
