No, for real… It’s an actual NPC that sells cockroaches. He’s under the stairs that go to/from the bank in UC. If memory serves, there’s a quest about bringing something to him from his dead wife, and he’s basically, “That’s my old life, I don’t care.”

Did you actually donate to adopt a murlock foundation? Because I did try that for a while but some people thought they were getting a murlock and it felt wrong to say it that way. Anyways, it was on blackrock and I was always on blackrock.
