Something every Warlock should do

As an allied player on stormwind who returned about 3 months ago im on my 3rd alt as a warlock and every night before i log off i walk outside the inn into goldshire and put a soul stone on the lowest level adventurious looking person i can find.

Ain’t nobdy got time for that. I gotta get all my demons ready for sleep, read them a bed time story and give them a good night kiss.

That’s so cool. I just started leveling a warlock because I wanted to play around with a caster that uses all means necessary to defeat their enemies - and this is a cool altruistic angle to an otherwise dark magi.

Is a low-level even capable of dying outside of an instance at this point?

Probably not…

I was so gunna respond to Carol with an affirmative to her question - without pause! - but now I do so and feel embarrassed…instantly.

That’s kind of you, but characters below lv10 don’t even have to pay for repair bills iirc.

What every Warlocks should do is to make sure they put down soulwells for everyone when they join a raid group for world bosses and in warfronts.
I main a lock and I always make sure to do this.

Hey ret paladins, buff someone before you log. (I hope this actually works, because I do it).

Something every warlock should do is go get the toy Big Red Raygun and macro it to Demonic Tyrant/Infernal/Darkglare

After levelling this character from 1, I can confirm that you can die outside of an instance, very easily in fact. Because of the scaling/gear inconsistency and a lack of in-combat sustain, if I wasn’t eating after pulls, I was dead. I do try and mage buff casters around me before I log though.

I thought your buffs on other players also disappear when you log out…?

You uh… You don’t want to do that on my server.

I typically cruise the ‘roth in Prot, otherwise this is a good suggestion, and I’ll be better about bequeathing my blessings.

That’s gonna be a no from me dawg.

Think that is only if you are grouped.

Really wish they would return buffs to the other specs.

I feel like such a heel when a priest buffs me and I have to sheepishly say, “sorry, protection”.

That’s nice. I usually summon lowbies into high level areas and watch them aggro the entire zone while I /dance.

Lowbies don’t die though

Yeah but you are a mage. You have no self sustain in combat. That doesn’t count. Every other class in the game won’t die unless they try soloing elites in some cases or get overwhelmed by mobs. Or if they do something stupid like jump off a cliff or drown…

That’s a lot nicer to what I used to do in Goldshire on my warlock…

(I let the infernal loose.)

Play Arcane, stack 3x Cauterizing Blink, and call me in the morning.
