There is no daily Brawl quest currently available from either the adventure guide or the NPC in Vald for the bonus honor/rewards for first day, and I checked all of the usual questgivers both around the fountain by AH as well as the PVP vendors.
Edit: Have to queue into the brawl for quest to appear, apparently. This is different from before and kinda wish they made this change a little more public information.
Same here, I think you get it when you enter a brawl because somebody else shared it. The NPC in Valdrakken who usually hands out these quests no longer does, but somebody is getting the quest and sharing it, just don’t know from where.
I’m pretty sure that you are supposed to get it automatically, but sometimes it doesn’t work
I’ve had chars that get it the moment they load in, and others not get it multiple times until someone eventually shared
