"Something Different" Brawl quest non popping automatically?

Anyone know how to get the Something Different quest to pop up? I’ve been waiting for Comp Stomp for welfare badges. It’s not popping for me when I zone into the BG, but sometimes another player can share it with me so I can still do the quest- so I know I’m eligible.

Please help I need the free Marks of Honor for old transmog. Want to repeat this on all alts this week.

Another week this did not pop up, it might be that this quest is not available for comp stomp brawl weeks.

I’ve had the same problem, on some toon it pops, but on others I have to get it shared. I wish they had a quest giver as a back up so you can make sure you get it.
