It wasn’t, you weren’t allowed to create characters on Nazgrim at the time the OP’s 1st post in MoP classic GD went up, that ability was enabled at around 4:40 PM PDT yesterday.
You could only transfer to that server from Faerlina, which had character creation locked at the start of the reset.
We probably will once their work day starts, but that’s not for a few more hours (most people don’t like their shifts to start at 4:30 AM).
