Screenshots surfaced of BFA of someone on The Bengal Tiger, as well as confirming it in their mount armory.
This is a classic mount that was never added to the game, and a myth for a long time.
EDIT: Confirmed real. This was a make a wish request.
If you read the comments it’s pretty much confirmed that it’s a Make-A-Wish mount. 16-year old girl with terminal cancer

The pictures are on Wowhead. It’s the unarmored tiger mount from Classic that never made it into the game.
I was making a joke, both of those were in Alpha.
The Ashes of A’lar was a Make-A-Wish mount. Eventually they let everyone have it.

Wait is it that Jenafur cat? I saw there was some secret involving a cat named that, guess would make sense for it to be patched it, was random.
I only hope the girl somehow survives, although I know it might not be likely, that is so sad. (Reminds me of the NPC in Shattrath, the Night Elf Hunter with a saber, player who passed away years ago of cancer as well.)

In all likeliness it is the father, mother, brother or sister of the terminal patient playing their character, either to continue her legacy or to feel closer to their beloved by experiencing their character and the game they loved.
Ezra was given the ashes for he was the first on server to get it threw make a wish. It was already in the game files just no one got it yet. Cujo was the first to get the drop on Norgannon. I would know I was on the server and was in the guild Ascension that got the first drop.
Hopefully she stays clear of the cancer now. Sadly there is a high chance it will either come back or spread somewhere else.
Good on blizz for granting that wish. Glad she got that mount!
