pstt death/necro stuff is not allowed in China so they use decay instead.
Funny thing is, that wall they’re so proud of is a mass burial with thousands of skeletons buried in it.

I’m serious, it’s actually a huge grave, people still find human bones that stick out of places in the wall where it’s been weathered over time.
Skeletons literally do fall out of it as it ages.

Decay is in there and is ghostly green.

Maybe there was too much green in there already and the artist wanted to balance it out. xD
Incidentally Decay’s appearance is unknown(we only hear it mentioned in Chronicle) yet as far as we know Spells with the word Decay in them are usually Orange(like the Blight in Zul’Drak), Tan(like the Underrot) or Brown not Green.
